Trying to locate your crochet pattern purchase?
Before sending a message, please check the following:
The most common reason you haven’t received your pattern is that the download email has gone to your junk or promotions folder, or there may be a small typo in the email address used at checkout.
If you’re unsure where to find your download, here’s a quick guide:
If you bought it on my website
1 - Check your confirmation email – it includes a link to download your pattern.
2 - Click the download link. Your file will usually save to your device’s Downloads folder.
3 - Find your file:
- On a computer – open your Downloads folder.
- On a phone or tablet – check your Files app or your browser’s download section.
4 - Still can’t find it? Try searching your device for the pattern name.
If you bought it on Etsy
You can also download your pattern directly from the Etsy website (downloads aren’t supported in the Etsy app):
- Sign in to Etsy on a web browser
- Go to You (your profile) → Purchases & reviews
- Find your order
- Click Download files
If you’ve checked all of the above and still can’t find your pattern, please send me a message through my website so I can help.
In your message, include:
- Where you purchased your pattern (Etsy or my website)
- The email address used for your order
- The date of your purchase
